If you purchase Gamma Game and, after 90 days of regular use, you do not feel it has made a positive difference to your mental sharpness, contact us and we will refund your full purchase price — no awkward questions, no lengthy forms, no demands to prove you used it.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Eligibility

• Your refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds apply to the original purchase price only. Any promotional discounts applied to your original order are not refundable.
• One refund per customer. Repeated purchases followed by refund requests may be declined.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Digital access to the programme will be revoked upon refund processing.

Shipping Policy (Physical Packages)

If your order included a physical component with shipping:

• Free shipping is available on qualifying orders within the USA, UK, and Canada.
• International orders may incur shipping charges displayed at checkout.
• Physical items should be returned in original condition where applicable. Return shipping costs for physical items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
• For digital-only orders, no physical return is necessary to receive your refund.

Exceptions

The following situations fall outside our standard refund policy:

• Requests submitted after the 90-day window from the original purchase date.
• Purchases made through unauthorised third-party resellers (we can only guarantee refunds for direct purchases from gamma-game.com).
• Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service.
